Comets standing still and the Amerks play tic tac toe and it's in the net. It ended up being a one timer from the bottom of the circle on a centering feed. Point to the goal line and centered to the slot while the Comets puck watched. tic tac toe

Watched two periods, keeping my eyes on Woo. Is this how he usually plays? Played a physical game so far and a pretty defensively responsible game.

Which team will rise to the occasion and steal this one? 20 minutes to go. Comets on a back to back. They sleep at home tonight. Bust your asses for 20 minutes, get something to eat, take the 2-hour ride back home, and go to bed happy. It's basically 5 minutes/line unless one line shows they aren't up to it and the other lines may have to pull more rope, 7 minutes maybe. That's not an eternity.

It's Lind all alone. Anas to Bart to Lind and he can't finish.

Gadjovich cannot carry the puck. He has no moves and no hands. He can forecheck and finish around the net, but that's it.

Comets get a chance to turn the tide now as they go to the PP.

Comets win the draw but can't hold it at the blueline.

Finally setting up with 1 minute left. Lind stopped at the doorstep on a backhander. Second unit on and they SCORE off the draw.

Just what I said. Gadjovich in the front on the edge of the crease finishes on a rebound. Win the draw, shot on net, and put the rebound back in.

2nd unit has earned the start. Santini Jasek Focht N.Stevens Gajovich. Jasek gets a shot right from the slot. Big glove save.

Anas in his office on the half boards. Backs towards the boards from the circle, looks, waits, and fires it into the crease to Walker for the tip. Almost exactly the same goal by the same twosome last night.

GOAL ---- Comets lead it 3-2. All 3 goals on the PP!

Rochester all over the the Comets end.

Rochester announces the goal by N. Stevens. I'm not going to change this until it's official. I didn't see Nolan put that home.

Comets backing in too far and too quick. Pressuring the puck for 2 periods had the Amerks befuddled. If they just drop back and let this skilled team walk around, it won't end well.

Now back in their own end Focht takes a penalty.

He did this last night too. Cull needs to see the pressure bogs this kid down.

Joshua gets it inside the Comets blueline, rags it, dumps it, and goes for a change.

Jasek fires it down.

Amerks set up and they score.

Faceoff to the left of Gillies. Comets battle for it and get it out but, right back in. Santini has it and his effort results in icing.

Woo gets it back in.
Big stop by Luke on a Joshua shot.

Amerks into the Comets end, a battle in the corner. Onetimer and Gillies makes a big stop.

Clock runs out.

Comets get a point and it's on to OT.

Anas Lind Santini

Amerks in control Lind is not made for OT. He gives the puck away too often. No patience

Amerks 2 big chances and stopped by Gillies twice. Amerks still in control.

Jasaek/Walker/Woo on.

Walker took it back to center and duped the Amerks, turned to the RW boards and then poured on the coals taking it all the way to the net and was pulled down but no call. Net off the moorings.
