What changed is that he’s playing on a decent team for a change.

It’s amazing what that does for a defenceman who logs a lot of minutes.

Frankly, what changed even more is that Krueger got das boot from the organization. It cannot be understated just how badly RK ruined Dahlin -- both from a mental POV and from a hockey play POV. It took Granato a full year to exorcise the demons in Dahlin's head.

Ever since...............he's been insanely good.

How do you project the upside of the once generational talent labelled Rasmus Dahlin?

Similar to a Josi who’s clearly a star who may win a Norris or two but never considered the “best” for an extended period of time
