I really don't see the big deal, so the top 3 goal scorers early in the season are American, what difference does that make?

Who cares where they are from?

Have to assume with all of the high end talent from the States coming into the league, we might see a new greatest U.S player and career ever soon.

You cant just include 2 guys with 6 goals and exclude the other 2 with 6 goals to help the narrative

Also, it's freaking 5 games into the season. What is it with Leafs fans and the inability to understand simple size.
By the time you get to this post, you should already be feeling like a nincompoop.

All teams have twice as many Canadians as others. Let's get carried away.
That statement isnt accurate. The Capitals dont have many Canadians. Lastnight they had 4 Canadians dressed. Stephenson, Connolly, Smith-Pelly and Holtby. That's it.

Silly thread considering how little games have been played, and for what it's worth, Matthews is the only one of those Americans' that are likely to be in the top 4 in goals by game 82

"All teams"? The Bruins have 11 Americans and 4 Canadians. Their blue line is all USA born except Chara. Methinks you should reasses just who is getting carried away.
