There are pictures up in a few places.

Apparently he was found unconscious behind the wheel of his car a few years ago and claimed it was an unexpected reaction to a prescription drug. If you look back at athletes with poor impulse control and lots of back problems/surgeries, it seems like a lot of them end up with prescription drug dependencies. Incidentally the accident was single-vehicle, at 7 am with no traffic.
