Would post the "it's happening" gif but we all know Buddy will put him on the bench so he can give Valaika and even Tony Wolters starts over him.

Rockies promoted Brendan Rodgers to AAA.

Angels promoted Jo Adell to AA.

Fun time of the year

Adell bats 2nd tonight after Jahmai Jones.

I guess Monte Harrison is the notable name for the jumbo shrimp.

Edit: just took a curve ball to the ribs in his first AB.
and i leave just before he hits a HR. stupid me

20 year old Luzardo called up to AAA.

If not for his tommy john in hs he would likely be called up to the pro team soon, but it's unlikely with his innings being limited.

Luzardo has big potential imo and one of the most underrated P prospects. I picked him up in a deep keeper league a few weeks ago and he's climbing the prospect board big time.

As if his stuff wasn’t nasty enough, the way he hides the ball behind his head makes him damn near unhittable.

Watching him pitch is a treat. He's made hitters at every level look silly and incompetent.

I just hope for the sake of all things good that he stays relatively healthy going forward. He's already had 1 tjs, and it's a lot harder to come back from more than that.

Geez, I did not realize they got that kid in the Madson-Doolittle trade, which has already turned out nicely for OAK with Treinen. Could end up being a huge steal for OAK.
