Chargers were one of the most hyped teams this offseason. But they are going through a rough patch right now eh?

Gordon wants traded, and Derwin James just broke bones in his foot yesterday

Gordon would prefer to stay with the Chargers but wants a new deal (one he is not worth) and James has a stress fracture of his 5th metatarsal bone. It happens to them every year for some reason in camp, one of their key guys gets a longer term injury and it infuriates me that their medical staff isn't called into question more by upper management

Gordon reinstated again.

Of course.

As for Gordon, I'm all for hoping the young man controls his demons and has a good career and life. But **** anything that makes the Pats better.

I would love to know how a training staff could possibly stop a stess fracture in someones foot

Adeniyi's injury woes all the while never really playing is alarming to me. I am a fan of his, but the injuries and how he has been neutralized by 1st teamers is a cause for concern to me.

I was reading some stuff about the 2020 draft class today. It is deep in edge rushers of all shapes and sizes.

I also don't know how many of you read the Athletic (highly recommended honestly). There was a piece about who did themselves the most favors this camp and numero uno was Cam Sutton. Hopefully he can put it all together and be a ball hawking slot corner.

I’m not saying it was something they could prevent, but a key guy suffers a long term injury every year for them. I can’t figure out why it keeps happening which is the frustrating part

Idk about the past injuries but it is a consensus belief he got his foot stepped on.

Chargers are saying that's the case but Joey Bosa slipped in interview and said it then back peddled.

Either way that stinks James is a young stud.

2020 we definitely need a Edge Rushing specialist and a FS

So suddenly Antonio Brown is totally vindicated because he was slapping hands with his teammates in a preseason game. That’s what Raiders fans are leading us to believe. Woo!

I don't disagree. I'm curious to see how this receiving corps does. A pass catching TE may be what we target also depending on how things go. Currently without knowing what we really have, anything secondary and anything receiving could be a need. OLB will be a huge need if Adeniyi cannot impose himself.

How I would currently rank our needs are 1. OLB 2. FS 3. CB 4. TE 5. OL - We should start developing now. 4/5 guys are over 30. I think CB has some potential to fall down the list with what we have. I have been burned too many times believing in Sean Davis and Bud Dupree to think that will get better.

Raiders Fans have been longing to get back to the playoffs. So much so that they have hyped themselves up to believe AB and their 3 first rounders will automatically make them Playoff bound.

They will turn a blind eye to his antics for now. But wait and see if they fall on their face out the gate and he doesnt get his share of targets how things play out.

To be honest, Steeler fans were the same, some on this very board. I lost count of the Steeler fans over the last few years who argued with me that AB was a toxic, selfish individual that was never going to help this team win a championship.

Many people can’t look beyond stats...

I really don’t care what happens with AB now, just happy he’s gone. But I will admit it has been fun watching the talking heads who bashed Roth all off season and absolved Brown from blame, trying to explain away things now that he’s on a new team.

The lengths they will go to to explain away his behavior and not look stupid and man up for being wrong is entertaining. James Jones trying to worm his way out of things has been funny as hell.

That’s what happens when you refuse to see the obvious and defend a mentally ill individual.

I think he’ll still put up really good stats.

But if they’re not good enough, and with the Raiders losing a bunch of games, how will that wear on his attitude? Can’t wait to find out.

AB cares more about his catches and yards than team success. The Raiders can go 0-16, but as long as he gets good stats in the process AB will be just fine with that.

Barron did a good job keeping up with that RB on the wheel route.

Bostic or William's would have died

A Burns tackle and a forced fumble. Nice.

And now two fumbles by the offense.

Why exactly is Grimble a lock to make this team again?

Lack of options...but honestly no one is catching the ball tongiht...appears to be the weather or weather delay, but every WR looks like ****, lots of fumbles too
