I want to be optimistic, but I can’t help but feel this will ultimately have a bad ending with the AUS eventually canceling winter sports as well. No new cases in NB today is encouraging though.

Are you saying guys already committed/in school could go pro for this season and then possibly come back to school next year with no penalty? Would this apply to any player or just 1st years?

ECHL is planning on starting in December....although it might be better just to stay in Canada than have to deal with the mess the US is in.

ECHL is planning on starting in December....although it might be better just to stay in Canada than have to deal with the mess the US is in.

I can't imagine anyone turning Pro unless they're in their graduating year.
