Oilers banked their entire season on Ty Rattie to be a top winger...once the fans figure out that the management group and local media hoodwinked them... The jersey's will start to fall back onto the ice

Hall trade is one of the reasons Oilers cant score, and it's a pretty big deal. Hall won the MVP on a team that doesn't have McDavid, imagine what he would do with McDavid

The best use of them would have been to have each drive their own line. That's actually what they did the season they were togeather.

the other argument would be rest helps, but generally playing gets you into a groove, devils are a nice exception. Check out the various teams record post by week you will be surprised.

Your argument would have more merit if they actually played well in their season opener. They were brutal in Sweden.

Yeah, I'd definitely have Hall on the 2nd line and put him with McDavid on 1st PP unit

lowkey what did Oiler fans do to deserve this?

The fact that Vancouver looks like they're getting their shit together before Edmonton is troubling.

I only watched tonight during another games intermissions but i noticed a similar lack of drive from many players like last season.
That gets old in a hurry.
