Here's what I was told by the league:
In round 1 of the playoffs, games OLN picks up will be blacked out in the local markets and should be seen on each teams' local rightsholder. In round 2, OLN will take 2 games exclusively in each series with no local telecast, but the rest of the OLN games will once again be subject to blackout.
