I'm going to get flamed for this.....

But Griess, the German goalie, has a good chance of being a franchise goalie for San Jose. The Sharks have Warren Strelow, who trained Brodeur his rookie year, Nabakov (a ninth round pick), Kipprusoff (a fifth round pick), Hedberg (ninth round) for a short while, and Toskala (a fourth? round pick).

Kari L and Luongo have a chance

MA Fleury will be a fine goaltender, but I feel he is a bit overrated (I've only seen him play in NHL games though, so I don't have a great base).

no cam ward, huh? the guy cant play well enough to get any love - it appears. if he played for a different organization....would he be higher on peoples lists?

great in juniors - now great in the ahl...in his first season...at 20/21. will at least be backup for the canes next season. i cant believe how many goalies are getting recognized over him.

if blackburn didn't get injured he'd be in the top 5....but since he did, he's not even top 25 anymore

How about Brian Finley,Jason Bachashihua,Konstantin Barulin,Stefan Liv,Rejean Beauchemin and Bernd Bruckler. They are not the best but some of them are capable back ups for sure.

Ive never seen Barulin play a bad game. In fact he was great in a recent tournament for euro university players i saw on one of the fox sports channels.
