It is cereal first. Now I started to bring the Bowl, Box, spoon, Milk to my TV stand where I watch TV. That way I no longer have to walk with a bowl and pray to god I don't spill it.

And if we are talking coffee, I think DD you go black. It’s already pretty sweet to me. They add wayyyy too much sugar or creamer if asked. I’m all for Starbucks > WaWa > DD

You do realize they even make healthy cereals.
Your eggs in the picture look very sad. Do you think to eat healthy all the time is going to save you from death? I have seen the healthiest people drop dead. I have seen many 400lb fat people go from every disease you can think of because of overeating.
I keep it in the middle and like to enjoy healthy and unhealthy food. Moderation my friend learn to love it.

Cereal first, I'm good with all 3 choices.
Dunkin, Black with sugar. I can't stand starbucks. Wawa is my backup

Not a big cereal guy, more of a spinach, ham and cheddar omelet type with some home fries kind of guy.
However, if I do eat cereal, it's usual something simple like Cheerios with blueberries and some sliced banana. Oh, and the milk goes on last, only barbarians and Ranger fans put the milk in first.
Also on a cold morning, a bowl of piping hot, steel cut oatmeal with some brown sugar and cinnamon mixed in is good.

Not really a fan of any of the coffee chains, I usually try to find a local coffee shop. But if I can't, my top 3 are:
1. Dunkin
2. McDonalds
3. Gate (north Florida's closest thing to a Wawa)
Starbucks is vile, it's the Dale Weise of coffee.

My breakfast consists of egg bake (I use a food processor to finely chop veggies - toms, broccoli, onion, egg plant, b. Sprouts, cauliflower, peppers, etc..add to a dozen eggs, spices and bake).
I also have homemade fried potatoes, fruit and usually ham with spicy mustard.
6 Scrambled eggs cooked in coconut oil and lots of puréed garlic is my alternate.

Not sure I get the Starbucks hate. The price sucks but I think the quality is much much better than DD.
Speaking of coffee have any of you guys tried that mushroom cognitive coffee? Like the stuff that Joe Rogan promotes? I forget the name but wondered if it’s a hoax or not

Starbucks roasts way too darkly. Others do too, but they take it to a ridiculous degree. A big part of the reason they do it is to try to safeguard unity across thousands and thousands of stores -- the lighter you roast, the more difference in flavors you can taste from quality/region of bean. As you go darker, the flavor converges into uniformity and unfortunately you lose most of the non-bitter flavor. It also lets you hide cheaper beans, but that's just how larger chains work in any sector.
@BiggE has this nailed. Go local. It's not even more expensive if your base is Starbucks.
For chains, I usually go Wawa, then McDonald's.

I do like local spots on weekends and when around. Honestly 90% of the time I use our Ninja and love it.
