Keeping it realitively small this year:

Buffalo Chicken Dip as an appetizer
Hamburger BBQ as the entree with funeral potatoes as the side, hopefully signaling the end of the patriots reign of terror.

I just typically whip up my nachos and guacamole. Too cold to grill so pan seared flat iron steak in a chili rub, black beans, jalapeños and Pico de Gallo. Everything a growing boy needs

I don't understand....is this even possible? 10 extra minutes heating the grill will solve this...;)

Wings Cooked in the air fryer with a homemade sauce.

They turn out really well in the air fryer. That and the instant pot are the best kitchen appliances you can buy
it's a great appliance, for sure
I don't do wings in there, if only because mine fits maybe 6 at a time
wings either on the grill [pile method] or in the oven

Air fryers worth it?

Thought about it as a Christmas gift but I got gun shy.

I love my air fryer. I use it at least two or three times a week. Pork chops come out really well, and I'll make sweet potato fries, wings, chicken tenders, donuts, mozzarella sticks, obrien potatoes, you name it. The thing I love it for the most though? Bacon. You'll never have better bacon than air fried bacon.

Everything comes out with a much lighter taste because it's not getting soaked in oil. The difference is amazing

I actually took pictures for once too ;) Made some wings in the air fryer and potato skins in the oven.

The wings were crazy easy too.

In case anyone wants to try it, here's the way I did it:

-melt butter in sauce pan (half a stick)
-add Franks Wing Sauce (maybe like 2 cups?)
-add a little ketchup (tablespoon or two, I didn't measure any of this...)
-cook on medium-low until bubbling and then set it aside

-Spray bottom of air fryer basket with a little nonstick spray (for first batch only)
-Fill bottom of the basket with wings in a single layer
-15 minutes at 400F
-Flip over
-15 minutes at 400F
-take out and dip in sauce
-place on rack
-let sit until done with other wings
-repeat in batches until all wings are cooked

They come out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Absolutely perfect and you can't even tell the difference between them and normal fried wings.

Yup, this is pretty much how I do it too. If you want them to be a little more crispy, turn up the last 10 minutes to 425.
