I played for 15 years. Why?
You said ""Experience" is overrated" and then went on to talk about how growth will fix a lot of their issues. Just seemed contradictory to me.
For the record, I agree with you that as they grow and develop they'll get better at closing out games. I disagree that "experience" is overrated, because that seems hypocritical.
