You obviously didn't watch the LA / LV series. 4 1-goal games.

LA was shut out 2x - the same as SJ/LV. Maybe SJ wasn't very competitive, ya think?
San Jose scored more than 3 goals in 4 games and actually won some games.

No need to get sensitive.

It's a small sample size yet, but I have said since last spring that Vegas will not return to the post season this year.

Last year:

William Karlsson scored 43 goals and 78 points. His previous career high in goals was 9, and in points was 25.

Jonathan Marchessault scored 75 points. His previous career high was 51.

Reilly Smith scored 60 points in 67 games (0.90 PPG). His previous best season saw him score 51 points in 82 games (0.62 PPG).

David Perron scored 66 points in 70 games (0.94 PPG). He scored 57 points in 78 games (0.73 PPG) in his previous best season.

Erik Haula scored 29 goals and 55 points. He scored 14 goals and 34 points in previous best season.

Last season was likely an anomaly. You know something is a bit off when half your forward core has a career year in the same season.
