Here is the code you need to be able to download your
copy of the magazine.

and enter the code in the box provided.

The magazine is approximately 5MB in size, and requires
Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 or greater to read. You can
download Adobe Acrobat Reader from:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

You will have 72 hours to access and download your
content, and you will have a limit of 5 downloads.
Once you have exceeded either limit, you will have
to register again to download the magazine.

Just got the answer from the editors themselves...(phoned at THN) No Ultimate pool guide for the moment. It is already produced but will not be distributed (not until the NHLPA reach an agreement with the owners) At this time they will launch an online version (which won't be free as the forecaster did) and will distribute the book
