    I would hesitate to accept such claims at face value without specific evidence being presented. It's on Garth Vaughan's site, after all, and his claim that Windsor NS is the "birthplace of hockey" is dubious at best. Other people have claimed that the Coloured League should be considered a "major league", which is again a dubious claim.
