Hey everyone, I am assuming that most of you have heard of this already, but the Canucks Autism Network recently launched a social media campaign with the Surrey Firefighters, where for every video repost throughout the entire month, the Surrey Firefighters will donate $1 to CAN. In 3 days, the video already has over 1 million views, meaning that there is potentially 5-600,000 reposts to date at minimum. Has anyone thought of the lack of foresight regarding this campaign? Considering that it has not only reached areas across the country but the US as well. This campaign could go awry very quickly, as there is absolutely no way the Surrey Firefighters will be able to pay even a fraction of what the final repost count will be at the end of the month. However, the only catch is that profiles need to be public for the repost to count, but I believe that the reach that this campaign will have is unprecedented.

Just wondering what your thoughts are on this
