Interesting - I’ve been considering switching from olive oil to avocado oil.
The whole olive oil thing is sometimes a farce IMO - there was a 60 minutes last year going through how so much olive oil out on the market is diluted with vegetable/canola oil. If you’re paying under $15-$20 a bottle for olive oil you’re probably paying for a dilluted mix of olive and vegetable oil. Funny enough the Costco brand was like one of the most solid olive oils you could get. Nonetheless the whole situation has really turned me off from buying it.
