Because of where others ranked him.

Just because I rank guys high doesnt mean I don't expect them to go late. I had Akil Thomas at 15 last year and Addison at 16. I expected both to be late 1sts/early 2nds.

Exactly. I don't do mocks as I don't care enough about 30 teams to know their style/needs. My rankings are who i believe will have the best career, whether people see them as top-10 or top-100 picks.
