With the 15th pick, the :rangers are thrilled to select, from the Windsor Spitfires of the Ontario Hockey League, C/LW Alexander Khokhlachev!

The Rangers sorely need an infusion of skill at the forward position and Khokhlachev is a dynamic player who will provide that.

Since he is still only 17 years of age, the Rangers are confident that Alex will continue to grow so that his size will not be an issue.

It's been more then 12 hours since the last pick. I nominate JT Miller (U18 NTDP, USHL) for Montreal's selection at 17th OV.

Can we get this draft moving, only one pick so far today is pretty bad.

Not sure how my time is up if you allowed Dong to make his pick at 6.

At any rate, I was going to pick Beaulieu.

The :sens Ottawa Senators are very proud to select......
From the Saginaw Spirit, Left Winger Brandon Saad!

We here in Ottawa think Brandon has potential to be a good Top 6, 2-way forward with skill and grit. He can execute the cycle perfectly like a pro, he likes to get in the dirty areas and he has the Hockey IQ to be a good smart hockey player for this club we are excited about this player lacing them up in a Sens jersey one day.
He will be a great fit with Ryan Strome.
