If this trade happened in a sim league, it would be vetoed. There better be another legit piece going to CLE. That guy Passan is quoting says there is more in the deal.

I know but still... Rangers could have top rotation, especially if Kluber rebounds. Lyles could be another Lynn/Minor. Not sure about the offense though.

Pretty odd that they couldn’t do better than a 4th outfielder and reliever prospect.

For everyone bitching about how abominable the organization and owner are, spread some of that to the other teams who apparently didn’t beat this.

Teams might have thought Kluber is damaged goods given age/mileage and injuries and with his salary might’ve through it to be too much risk.
