My goalies are Gibson and Griess.

It would be helpful to know what stats are being calculated in your fantasy to give a proper reply.

Only Victories and Shutout for goaltenders ?

Or GAA and Save % ?

Or all of these plus Game Played and Time On Ice ?

Regardless, I would think that in the majority of formats, Carter Hart is not a better choice than either Greiss or Gibson.

Hart and Gibson are about equal in terms of victories and goal against per game, but Gibson got an edge in time on ice and save %.

I would not bother to lose an asset like Terravainen in a non-keeper league to not get better at the Goalie position.

Unless you are considering going at 3 goalies instead of 2..?
Again very hard to answer without much info about the working of the league.
