Guy is 7'2" 300 lbs and didnt pick up a ball until he was 15 and yet is shooting as well as any volume scoring C in history.

He committed himself to conditioning. That is the biggest reason. He did what he needed to do and now we see how big a deal it has been. Need Simmons to commit to excellence as well at some point....sooner rather than later. Playoffs will be telling ..whether he breaks out and does so consistently like Embiid has done for most of his MVP season.
