Could the Blues pay a team to take on Allen's contract ?
Could Tampa give away Gourde to sign Cirelli and Sergachev ?
Could Arizona give away Schmaltz/Demers to sign Hall ?
About Toronto they need to sigh Barrie and Ceci , Maybe Kapanen/Kerfoot needs to go for cheap

Not a TOR fan here, but I’m pretty sure that the Leafs won’t be “giving away” players just so they are able to sign the likes of Tyson Barrie and Cody Ceci...

Tampa is in a pretty tight situation.

Trading for significant cap space is likely going to be much more costly with the flat cap. I think we’ll see a rise of hockey desks where the cap is roughly even. Trades like the Marleau one Toronto made are going to cost even more now.
