I think some of the 1st liners for Teams B and C would make better 4th liners than the 4th liners you have for the teams above them.

Wennberg (leading the league in assists) can play better two-way than Marcus Kruger if you task him with that. Realistically he should probably be ahead of Soderberg too, and maybe Henrik.

I'd also take Burakovsky and Zibanejad over Rodin and Berglund.

A bit conservative at start! :) I am not one of those who think we did especially bad at World Cup.

PS. About the inclusion och Piff & Puff on the first team... the game could end up being played 3 against 3...

The first 2 Sweden teams all look pretty good for sure.

I would put it up something like this.

    Team A

    Forsberg - Bäckström - Rakell
    Sedin - Sedin - Nyquist
    Zetterberg - Zibanejad - Nylander
    Backlund - Wennberg - Landeskog

    Hedman - Karlsson
    Lindholm - Klingberg
    Hjalmarsson - OEL

    Team B

    Johansson - Rask - Steen
    Hagelin - Söderberg - Silfverberg
    Arvidsson - Berglund - Hörnqvist
    Fast - Kruger - Eriksson

    Larsson - Strålman
    Brodin - Ekholm
    Edler - kronwall

    Team C

    Omark - E Lindholm - Burakovsky
    Klasen - J Larsson - Lindblom
    Karlsson - Järnkrok - Janmark
    Lundqvist - Lindberg - Josefsson

    Oduya - Enström
    Ericsson - Klefbom
    Gunnarsson - Heed

You put Rask Steen Larsson and Stralman to team A and you have your Olympics squad.

Arvidsson should be on the first team.

Also the first teams defence should look something like

    Hedman-Karlsson
    OEL-Klingberg
    Lindholm-Hjalmarsson
    Larsson/Stralman

This is how I would put together a 25 man Team Sweden roster:

    Henrik Lundqvist
    Robin Lehner
    Jacob Markström

    Erik Karlsson - Mattias Ekholm
    Victor Hedman - Anton Strålman
    Oliver Ekman-Larsson - Niklas Hjalmarsson
    John Klingberg - Oscar Klefbom

Gabriel Landeskog - Nicklas Bäckström - William Nylander
Filip Forsberg - Henrik Zetterberg - Viktor Arvidsson
Rickard Rakell - Mika Zibanejad - Jakob Silfverberg
Alexander Steen - Mikael Backlund - Patric Hörnqvist
    Marcus Johansson, Alexander Wennberg

I haven't thought about it before, but our center depth will actually be pretty good even after Zetterberg and H. Sedin are gone. Bäckström - Zibanejad - Backlund - Wennberg can hold their own against most lines. Add Nylander (future), Rask and Lindholm too and I doubt we'll be hurting as far as available centers go.

Biggest jumps: Elias P and Rasmus D. Or if they are still jumping, I don't know. JUMP.
