What are your thoughts on a team Quebec being a IIHF member down the road and having a team at the under 20 and the mens world hockey championship.

If they did break away and become a separate state they should and would have a national team... but I though Quebecs independence was about as likely now as it has been over the last twenty years?

The team would be good but not great, but would for sure qualify for any World Cup, J20 or Olympics,:

Assuming Stastny and Pominville would not defect.
