How would a danish all time team look like?

Mikkel Bødker - Frans Nielsen - Jannik Hansen
Lars Eller - Heinz Ehlers - Jens Nielsen
Nichlas Hardt - Peter Regin - Kim Staal
Morten Green - Soren True - Ronny Larsen

Dan Jensen - Jesper Duus
Fredrik Ã…kesson - Jesper Daamgard
Daniel Nielsen - Philip Larsen

Frederik Andersen
Peter Hirsch

Everyone in prime, this team could take medal in World Championship.

Looks good, will probably change in a couple of years, with guys like Bjorkstrand and Ehlers Jr. coming up the ranks fast.

Even though he is only 20 y old, I would have Nik Ehlers on the team as well. He is already better than most of those players has ever been. I know he has only played 72 games in the NHL so far - but that is 72 games more than most of those players ever did - and he is not just a passenger he brings a lot to the table.

Looks good and very well thought out. :handclap:
[Just never Lars Eller on the wing,]
You have both the greats from the 1980/90´s and onwards ´till today.
My personal favourite top 3 is Jens Nielsen, Jesper Duus and Frans Nielsen.

For making an all-time roster sometimes you also have to go back further in time if you had truly stand out players that was way ahead of their teammates.

You couldn't always argue whether one want to regard Poul Popiel as Danish or not. When he played in NHL (was an original Canuck) and WHA, he was an american citizen (but ethnically Danish and born in Denmark).

Also it's hard when making on all-time roster to keep out Jørgen Hviid, who was decades of skill level before anyone else in Denmark and he is without doubt the "Father of Danish hockey".
I have made an extensive thread about him here - including later in the thread findings about his job as a cold war agent from opened CIA files.

Eliteprospects is lacking a lot of information on him and some that they have is wrong.

His son Jesper Hviid was also a Danish hockey great from the 70's and actually drafted to the WHA in 1972, but for some strange reason they retracted their pick? He scored an enormous amounts of goals in the Danish league for several years.

Also from the 60's and 70's goalie Bent Roland Hansen needs some consideration. (Perhaps as third goalie).
