Connor McMichael was taken, he shouldn't be listed as an option.

Dorofeyev!

There’s plenty of decent guys here but Dorofeyev feels like a superstar to me.

I’ll probably be wrong though.

For obvious reasons, this needs to be Connor McMichael.

Tell the Capitals they made a mistake and to draft someone else.

I'd be okay with either Robertson, Dorofeyev, Hoglander or maybe Kolyachonek. I haven't even heard of most of the options and I'm not very interested in Beecher or Leason.

This is really crappy though, I hope one of the guys who got picked before us (Harley, Tomasino, Brink, McMichael or Seider) falls on draft day

It seems like you know more about the prospects and you're a bit undecided. If that's the case, maybe trading down and nabbing multiple picks in the 2nd round would be more worth it? Especially if Button is saying this is one of the deeper drafts in recent history? :dunno:

I don't know too much I just have some guys that I think are probably the best bets at this point and don't like taking players with what I consider red flags (Leason being 2 years older than some of the other draft eligible and Beecher's lack of production and low ceiling).

If this is what's left on the board I think trading down is a good bet, a few of the guys listed will be avaliable in the late 30s, early 40s anyways so I think getting another pick would be a good bonus.

Also as a side note the recent history of #26 is promising.

Historically, the 26th overall pick has been pretty decent

I'd take the chance on Kolyachonok, he's an amazing player stuck on a bad team. I think he has the most upside of any defenseman, maybe even of any player, left. If we decide to take a forward I think Höglander could be an amazing pick. Would be surprised if he's available though.

Fleury14, Calculon, Corpus X, make sure to switch your vote from McMichael as he was already taken.
