Hedman is the most unreplacable player on the team, followed by Vas.
When Hedman is healthy , Tampa is dominating, when he's not they tend to struggle see Columbus series and last half of this regular season.

Kucherov/Point/Stamkos has already proved that you can take one out and they still do good.

Hedman easily, anyone thinking he's they're better without probably needs some air.

Or y’know just literally looks at the factual evidence that they were better with him on the bench this season. Yes that’s because of the injury. No that doesn’t change the fact that they were still insane even with Hedman not being Hedman this year. They did however have a losing record without Vasilevskiy in net. The correct answer is Vasilevskiy.

Best player = most important player.

That's clearly Kucherov.

Not necessarily. Without Kuch they can still contend for a cup. Without Hedman I don't think they make it out of the first round this year. They have more depth up front and can afford to lose a forward and still win (2020) If Stamkos was in and Hedman out, I doubt they win the cup. Kuch is the best player but Hedman is more valuable to their team imo.
