The scouting report on Fast is that he skates really well and is an offensive defenseman. He really wasnt getting any icetime at Denver. The other night they played Wisconsin and the game was on CSTV and only heard his name twice. Didnt see his number called upon. Hopefully he really develops at Tri-City, since he was a 2nd round draft pick!

That makes three, with Lewis, Meckler, and Fast.

As a side note, it looks like Tri-City is weak at D (Tesliuk seems like the only notable guy). They just dealt two of their other defenseman today soon, has anyone who's seen Fast comment on his play and can anyone in Tri-City comment on how much ice time he should see?

Tesliuk's rights were traded to Tri City but he isn't on the team. Valach is the top scoring defensemen on the team, he's an '07.

tri city has no defense..
the defense is carey price !
I don't fully agree here.
While it's pretty inexperienced at the moment, the Tri-City defense looks set for the next few years with Schmidt, Mestery, Valach, and Toll.
