This photo is from a Swiss postcard issued in the end of 2001 to commemorate upcoming Winter Olympiad 2002. The photo clearly depicts a game between Switzerland and Czech Republic.
But it's not Olympics: the Swiss didn't play there in either 1998 or 1994. Most likely, it's World Championship, and most probably, 2001. In 2000 and 1999, the Swiss and the Czechs did not face each other. In 1998, they did play each other for the bronze, but the Swiss had red uniforms in that game, so this isn't it.
If it's 2001, it has to be a May 1 game in Group A of the First Round (the Czechs won 3:1).
The Swiss goalie on the right is Martin Gerber (26), the Swiss skater on the left is most likely Julien Vauclair (3). One of the Czechs seems to have the number 21, so it's Robert Reichel.
Granted, the picture is fuzzy, but so is this one, taken at the 2001 World Championship as well:
I also suspect it's from some Swiss hockey archive... but can't find it online.
