Hey all. Looking to start up a fantasy draft game in the next day or two. Here are the rules of my game.
• There will be 23 rounds (13 forwards, 8 defensemen, 2 goalies)
• There will then be a 10 round prospect draft
• Each team will be on the clock for 2 hours.
• Each GM MUST send in a list for each round, just in case they aren't available to pick live.
• There is no salary cap
• There will be no NTC's or NMC's
• You can trade draft picks, and players (example - 1st overall + 4th round pick for 10th overall + 2nd round pick, or Alex Ovechkin + 2nd round pick for Sidney Crosby + 3rd round pick).
• All trades must be sent to me and approved before posting.
• We will run for 3 seasons, so YOU MUST BE ACTIVE TO PLAY THIS GAME.
• Each season will consist of 10 games,and a trade deadline.
• We will have games each day once team selection is complete, and GMs will send me votes for each game.
• There will be a 2012 NHL Entry Draft, but we will hold free agency for each offseason.
So pretty much, this is just a GM game where you pick the team you start off with through a fantasy draft. The only exceptions is there will be no salary cap or NTC's.
IF YOU WANT TO JOIN, PM ME AND STATE WHICH TEAM YOU WANT. THERE WILL LIKELY BE ONLY 10-15 TEAMS, SO GM SPOTS WILL BE SELECTED ON ACTIVENESS, NOT A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
