Really don´t understand the fee, but hopefully that means Eriksen would haul more than 100m as well.

Eriksen is not in Hazard's league. Eriksen shouldn't get more than 100. He might? But I don't know. Madrid opening up the bank

Really sad day for Hazard to be gone, guy was incredible for Chelsea and is one of the best players in the world when on his game. I'm happy with the fee at least.

I'm guessing it'll be updated, but Transfermarkt saying Madrid paid 100 million for Hazard. Total outlay so far is something like 255 million, however they will be offloading plenty of players. Smart business getting all these deals done this early.

It's £100m up front plus up to £50m in bonuses.

According to RMC Sport’s Mohamed Bouhafsi, the Reds are “well placed” to sign the right winger, though negotiations are “not advanced” at this stage.
“Liverpool and Bayern Munich negotiate with Lille and the player,” Bouhafsi wrote on Twitter.
“It is not advanced at the moment because the player wants to think a little more.
“A very important third club will position itself quickly.”

Sounds like Pepe wants to go somewhere where he is likely to be a starter; or at least a regular player. Apparently this is the same guy who broke Fabinho to Liverpool last year.

Yeah he's OK regarding reliability.
Pepe is someone who could sign with a lesser team if he thinks it's a better choice.
Remember he rejected a much bigger salary and spotlight in Lyon to stay in Lille.

They would in terms of playing time, but they also need a midfielder and I can’t see them dropping two huge fees in one window.

According Fabrizio Romano United rejected a Lukaku/Icardi swap. Would be a great deal in a vacuum for us, but Icardi would be a bad add to our currently dysfunctional locker room so I’m glad they passed.

The Bayern link makes sense if they aren't getting Sane. Interested to see who else we're targetting.

I wouldn't be surprised if Edwards was targeting Chukwueze in the first place. He isn't remotely as good as Dembele but plays the same way and they had wanted Dembele.

Still think Bergwijn would be a great choice. He was killing England on Thursday, and can play anywhere across the front.

Bergwijn or Neres would be the right player for Liverpool. They need someone who can operate on the left. I like Bergwijn a little better but it's close.
