Not sure why people are saying Real isn't signing anyone.
L'équipe is a decent source and they say Real wants a loan + obligation to buy next summer.
PSG is trying the same deal.
Not sure Lyon is interested but the article says Aulas goes on well with Real.

OM is about to sell Caleta-Car to West Ham for 25M€. They're trying to find a quick replacement before the move happens.
Decent but awfully slow. He's dangerous on offensive set plays.

One of the possbilities for OM is to loan Saliba and give themselves one more year to find a replacement.

Anderlecht have also said they rejected a second offer from Rennes for Jeremy Doku, but that they will continue to negotiate. They're still aiming for €30m.

Seeing talk of Partey as alternative to Rice. I've been wondering if this was the plan for awhile. We'll see if anything happens.

Rennes isn't a huge step up from Anderlecht where Doku plays 90 min every game, they do have CL football going for them. Doku seems perfectly happy staying put however if Rennes up their bid Anderlecht will have no choice but to accept since they need the money big time.

Whispers that Marko Grujic is on the way to Southampton. Don’t love that.
LFC’s midfield is as strong as its ever been, but it could use some youth there, especially at the 6, but Grujic is also probably no better than 8th choice right now.

I think you're a little late here :

Sounds like both are staying:

Seriously, why can’t Arsenal close any deals when it involves top targets? Why do they feel the need to jerk the other club around with bids that are going nowhere.

Just f***ing pay the 50M and everyone’s happy. Sell the deadwood we have on our backline to gain some added $$$, sell/loan Torreira, etc.

I was under the impression that selling Martinez was mainly in part to finance Aouar. Now we don’t have a legit second option if Leno goes down again AND we don’t have Arteta’s main target.

Incredible how you twist words and/or fail to understand anything. Just incredible.

I said Leeds showed you didn't need big money transfers to show ambition and play the game the right way.
But you get stuck on the money part and just post troll posts after troll posts.

It sort of feels that a club that isn't planning on spending this summer made a handshake agreement on a move next summer or at least convinced Aouar to just wait 1 more year.

My feeling is that Aulas and Real have an agreement.
And to be honest, Aouar is in CL class. Not Europa League. He should play for a top 7-8 team in the world.
No disrespect to Arsenal, but they're not there right now. Maybe down the line, but not right now.
