Advice: Summer Skating in Saint Paul and East side

I will be visiting relatives in Stillwater, MN over the next two weeks. I would like to get some skating in while there (open skate or stick&puck). I thought MN would offer me numerous opportunities but I'm finding the opposite. Most rink websites I've found show few, if any, public skate times.

Can someone from the area offer me any advice on some specific rinks that I should contact?
