Thoughts on the crowd today?
Dhillion keeping the Dogs in this one so far nice bounce back game for him after a short outing in the Sault.
great first period by the Wolves, great pace. The refs gave them the gears near end of that period.
Power play was buzzing in the first... Too bad they couldn’t get one!
Crowd is alright...
This is only my second Sunday game all year because football season is now over, but this is a better crowd than the game I saw back in early October lol.
Just something that incorporates The Wolves logo and the Habs logo. Please and Thank You!
That took about 3 minutes haha . Made that while I’m sitting at my seat . I’ll put some time into others
Goldenberg is a joke ref.
Any updates on Levin?
This city needs a new arena. Where ever it is, fans will go.
Downtown is a ****hole plain and simple its the only rare time i go there is to the arena.
Hes here in the building .
You’re absolutely right!!
Nice hard fought win, total team effort.
What a game....whew!
This style of hockey the wolves play is excellent to watch. I can't say enough about the coaching staff. What an amazing turnaround. Well done.
Absolutely terrible. Inexcusable reffing.
There were two calls against Byfield where the "penalty" happened right in front of one ref, who didnt make a call, then the other way down the ice would make a call. Thats Bush League.
I was so impress with rookies Isaak Philips and Jack Thompson game today, they look so mature in there game would never know they are rookies. Jack Thompson reminds me a little of a Jeff Brown, with skating style and his shot from the point. Ruzika is a treat to watch, he so calm, smooth, high hockey IQ. Fun game to watch, great tempo.
Both of them better get drafted in 2020. IMO both have most of the qualities scouts are looking for.
Looked like a decent crowd for sure.
I believe they both will. Treat to watch. Phillips is an excellent skater.
This team doesn't know what quit is. Quoting Stillman from last year " I won't let them"
They keep coming and coming. If they only had a little more fire power I believe they would be higher in the standings. They work for everything they get! So pleased.
Hell of a game. I cannot stand Niagara as a team, one of the dirtiest and the last time I saw that much diving I was watching the summer Olympics. Maksimov has less spine then a Jellyfish. He'd be a hell of a player if he did not spend half the game rolling around on the ice. He got called with 2 dives, but he could have easily gotten 2-3 more, along with a couple spears and a slew-foot. Jones is another one who may want to pursue a career in the summer Olympics. These guys are an embarrassment to the Canadian Hockey League. Though not limited to summer Olympians, Akil Thomas can take his shot at lumberjack competitions with that suspension worthy two handed slash after the final buzzer.
I think at this point there's no team I'd rather face in the playoffs then this group of multi-sport athletes.
If Sudbury plays Niagara in the playoffs I can see myself taking a few days trips down highway 17. Just can't cheer for either team lol
It would definitely be an aggressive series to say the least. It's nice to see the ice dogs with fan support, unlike during their stay in Mississauga as well!
Yikes - your post could have been written after Niagara's visit to the Sault yesterday!
Glad to see the back of them! Congrats on the victory and your winning streak. We are confident, however, the streak will end Friday!
