ISS site gives you 2 options for ordering their draft guide. 'online' and 'by mail order'....

does that mean for the 'by mail order' you are paying an extra $15 for them to mail you a hard copy vs just printing it out??

are the 2 the same material?

also while i'm asking has anyone gotten this draft guide in the past and would you recommend it? (or should i just save my $$)

That's exactly it. You pay a 15$ more extra by getting it on mail. Don't forget that the shipping cost in that 15$ & I would say that if they print it, it's probably not the same kind printing paper you use at home, at least not if they are a good business company.
