Study in the NHL penalties

I did a lot of research and corrections on the NHL PPG/SHG/Penalty Box data - between 1999 and 2017 so far.

One interesting side effect is that I can now pinpoint who was responsible for the unmatched penalties that were scored upon. And since NHL started recording the players drawing the penalty, who is responsible for drawing most such penalties.

I will post more summaries that this new data opens for me. Also I will add it turns out that in 1999 9 PS goals were not attributed correctly as such. There are no errors past 1999, and there is no way to check before that since the first GS reports come from 1999.
