when practing use wrist weights and ankle weights for a real challenge use 20lbs wrists weights on each wrist and about 25 for each ankle an hour or to max then take them off and try your shot and skate you'll see a big bonus make this part of your training regimen this should be start around 15 yrs old and on

Impressive.

I've just started to do this. I taped a couple pucks right above the blade of a stick, and have just been stickhandling around with a golf ball. I wish I could use a weighted puck, but its hard unless your on ice.
