Are there legal sites to stream other than nhl games like khl, ohl, echl or others?

I believe you can watch KHL by buying a subscription to http://etvnet.com/ but I am relying on Google translate and it is not KHL specific, just has Russian channels.

AHL has AHL Live subscription service/PPV: http://ahl.neulion.com/ahl/

NCAA hockey doesn't seem to have unified coverage... not sure if they have a television contract outside of playoffs.. http://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/tvsked.php for links to streams
