I honestly thought he could get more than 3.25 a year and I think he must believe in where the team is going to take this deal or hes just comfortable

at 3.25 for one year it is still good no matter what, and he other then games played I do not know what possible stat you could use for performance bonus, he has almost zero offense lol and defensive metrics are not close to perfect
