Ya Shark tanks was basically a spin off from Dragon’s Den, and over the years, picked up some of Dragons Dens dragons.

Yup. It was a company named MC Squares that O"Leary had invested in, as described by @Golden_Jet above.

Unfortunately if this takes off and his sticks are a quality product they won't stay at 50% of the price of the big names, more like 80% or 90%
