First off the Stars have an impressive graduating class: Elias Pettersson, Rasmus Dahlin, Brady Tkachuk, Brett Howden, Brendan Lemieux and Alex Nylander Top the graduating class.

Also signing ELC's are Nicolas Roy, Mike Amadio, Gavin Bayreuther, Ryan MacInnis, Paul Bitner, Nick Merkley and Keaton Middleton.

So who is left?

1) Adam Boqvist Drafted 15th ov 2018: Could have a short stay a top Stars list. Adam has a good chance to stick with the NHL Black Hawks.

2)Vasily Podkolzin "VIA TRADE" selected 9th 2019: Will spend two seasons in the KHL before joining the NHL Canucks. This Russian has a nose for the puck and could easily turn out to be one of the top picks in the 2019 draft.

3)Grigori Denisenko drafted 32nd 2018: Top performer at the 2019 WJC and will likely rip up the WJC again in 2020. One more season in the KHL and Grigory heads to North America NHL ready.

4)Nils Hoglander "VIA TRADE" 2019 32nd ov: Playing in a mens league in Sweden, Hoglander will join the Canucks farm system as early as this season.

5)Morgan Barron drafted 137th 2017: Barron had a breakout season in the NCAA and has rocketed up the NHL Rangers depth chart. Will stay in the NCAA for 2019/20, could sign with Rangers spring 2020.

6)Marcs Davidsson drafted 44th 2017: Playing in Sweden and has yet to be signed by the NHL Sabres.

7)John St Ivany drafted 199th ov 2017: Played on team USA at WJC 2019. Classic late bloomer.

8)Jacob Olofsson drafted 41st 2018: Still in Sweden and remains unsigned by NHL Habs.

9)Egor Afanasyev drafted 32nd 2019: 6'4" Russian winger playing in the USHL, was drafted in the 2nd round by NHL Preds.

10)Artemi Kniazev drafted 63rd 2019: Playing in the QMJHL was the 2nd round pick of NHL Sharks in 2019.

He was impressive at the Canucks development camp and had some of the media thinking he can make the team this season? But they are dreaming, its probably best he plays another year in Sweden.

Man those graduated players are insane! Great group of guys, who will be good for many years to come.
