What is with these 5PM games?

It's a makeup game from the first series of the Year being postponed against Dallas, when they had something like 17 covid-19 cases.
NBCSC or something owns the rights to Wednesday night hockey, so for that reason all makeup games on Wednesday have to be earlier in the day from what I understand.
I believe there was the same thing that happened last week when they played Carolina at 5 p.m. on a Wednesday.

I don't know about hockey, but in baseball the starting pitcher always picks the Jersey they wear, unless it's a special occasion.

Same here, Also got the NHL package. But it is worth to stay up for it even if it means being tired at work. Panthers are the real deal
