I thought it was worse when I saw it live. Still bang bang play in an ugly series with a player badly hurt, can’t blame refs for not seeing crosscheck and then a player out cold and bleeding on ice for making call.

Anyway, 5 min Major didn’t cost Vegas the game. Putrid 4 goals PP allowed and giving away 3-1 series lead equals choke of epic proportion.

Saying the major wasn't the cause of Vegas losing is incorrect. Would the Sharks have been able to score 4 PPGs without the major? Sure Vegas shouldn't have allowed the goals, but they also never should have been in that position in the first place.

Canes can win this. All they need is for the refs to call one quarter of a 5 minute major on the Caps.

I don't think HF Boards could handle another similar incident like last nights. Between the B's beating the Leafs and San Jose making an epic comeback and winning the game- I fear we might not see one another for awhile if that happens again. Hopefully the Canes just win it cleanly.
