Decided last minute to try and go to Vegas from Kentucky just to realize that while I could afford the 800$ tickets I could not afford the 800$ last minute flight to Vegas. Forcing me to instead have to wait around until 930 to watch the game partially recorded with my dad when he gets home. I’ll have my son with me as 3 generations of caps fandom watch this event and even as I type this I tear up at the thought of witnessing tonight with my dad and son. Tonight will be the night that none of us soon forget guys. As you all are my hockey family I wish you all fun and safe times and can’t wait to get to this!!!

Speaking as a fan of a team (Kings) which waited 45 years to win a Stanley Cup, good luck tonight. I am sure there are many long time Caps fans who will know the feeling I did if the Caps win tonight or in Game 6. I was in the arena during the cup clinching games in 2012 and 2014, so I am kind of hoping some of you get to see it in person. Nothing quite like it.
