Curious as to who yous guys see as the goalie of future. Taylor or parker?

Pretty sure you’d let them battle it out all next season together 50/50 and see who performs better, no?

Curious as to who yous guys see as the goalie of future. Taylor or parker?

Ethan Taylor has looked great. He is a standup goalie that doesn't just by default go into a butterfly unless the shot dictates it. As a result he is tough to beat up top. I really think he is going to be a good goalie in this league.

Owen Parker looked really good in camp, but regular season games are another thing entirely. It will certainly be an interesting battle if they both earn spots next season as I expect they will.

I should also mention that 9th rounder Ethan Taylor is one of the top rookie goalies.

Ethan Taylor is 2nd among rookies for GAA and 3rd among rookies for SV%. However if you look at rookies that have played in more than 5 games, Taylor (12 games) is 1st in GAA and 2nd in SV% (MacLean - 15 games is 1st).

Between Taylor and the other goalie in Buffalo....Owen Parker I believe is like 6’5”? Our goalies will be our biggest players going forward! Lol

Count35 Parker is 6’7 according to this article from end of April 2018. He’s huge and I thought he played impressively at training camp. When Villalta goes I hope Parker joins the team.
