I knew there were lists, but did not know there was a definitive one. Thank you for posting.

Regardless of the amount of time the author spent on this article, it’s a misuse of the word Definitive.
It’s obviously intended to cement the bias of those it favors and create disdain from those fans it doesn’t

Aka, clicks

Just like the other ones like this, it’ll be a blender of stats that fails to pass the basic eye test of matching reality

is Matt Niskanen a top 10 NHL defenseman still? Can’t wait to find out. I’m assuming Burns is #1 cuz muh shots. I love analytics, but everything about Berkshire is cringe.

Over the past 3 years?

Not remotely close.

Karlsson was the best Dman in 2016-2017 change my mind. He was the top scoring Dman and wasn't even below average by any means defensively in 2015-2016. He had one off year slightly defensively in 2017-2018. He absolutely should be number 1.

I dont have to change your mind. You're wrong. The Norris went to burns and if I recall burns also fared better in ted lindsay voting. So why dont you change my mind, the minds of the writers association, and the players. Oh that's right you can't and your opinion dont. Mean. $hit.

You just lost. Erik karlsson is out.

Faulk at #28 and Ellis not in top 40. Sure thing Sir.

Edit: I guess he can be in top 20. But with Ekholm at #30 it doesn't seem likely, does it?

Norris voting is heavily biased a ton of times.
