OT: Sports Lawsuits and Litigation

There are a number of high profile legal cases going on right now and for my fellow legal nerds, I created a space to talk about them.

The podcast Conduct Detrimental is fantastic and Daniel Wallach teaches a course on Deflategate at UNH.

Some major cases are

Brett Favre vs. Pat McAffee
Favre v. Shannon Sharpe

McAffee moved the case to Federal court which is a great power move that will likely end up with Favre's suit being tossed.

interesting case involving those clear pucks that have ice in them to commemorate championships. Fanatics won the initial case but the plaintiff has filed an amended complaint and Fanatics filed a motion dismiss a few weeks ago.
