We'll be doing a ROTM and All-Rookie Team every month using my CalderWatch system from my blog that rewards 5v5 production, clutch play and individual chances, scoring chances and high-danger scoring chances. It also gives out bonus points for rookies who start more in the defensive zone (I call it the Sergachev Rule).
